While some experiences, such as visiting the Sites, will not prompt a collection of Personal Data, you generally need to provide us with Personal Data to use most features of the Sites and Services.

Sola Fide Home Inspections receives and stores any information you enter on our Sites or give to us in any other way. Types of information you may provide include:

• Contact Information: name, email address, street address, billing address, and phone number. • Payment Information: credit card number or expiration date when signing up for Services. • Information You Submit or Post: feedback, questionnaires, customer support messages. • Phone Information: mobile permissions such as camera, microphone, or storage access. • Survey Information: responses to surveys to improve our Services. When you visit or access certain Sites, Sola Fide Home Inspections may automatically collect: • Device Identifiable Information: IP address, browser type and language, access times, pages visited, and operating system. • Mobile Device Information: Device type and model, network provider, and unique device identifier. • Cookies and Similar Technologies: Unique identifiers transferred to your device. If you disable cookies, certain functions may not work correctly. Pixels/Web Beacons track performance and advertising effectiveness. • Google Analytics: Visitor behavior and demographics data, not tied to Personal Data. The Sites do not currently support Do Not Track.

We use, store, and process information, including Personal Data, to provide, understand, improve, and develop the Sites and Services: • To carry out our Services and fulfill contractual obligations, including billing and collections • To notify you of Service and subscription expirations and renewals • To provide customized, personalized content through our Sites and Services • To notify you about changes to our Sites, Services, or Policies • To allow you to participate in new features and Services • To facilitate delivery of content or advertisements relevant to you • For any other purpose with your consent

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the opt-in checkbox on our forms, you provide express written consent to receive SMS/text messages from Sola Fide Home Inspections. Consent is not a condition of purchase or scheduling an inspection.

We offer two types of SMS messaging programs: • Transactional Messages: Appointment confirmations, inspection reminders, and report-ready notifications. • Marketing and Promotional Messages: Special offers, home maintenance tips, and promotional content. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Sola Fide Home Inspections customer information, user data, and Personal Data may be shared with certain third party companies: • To facilitate technical and administrative aspects of our Services (credit card processing, hosting, citation building & management). • We may provide anonymized and aggregated personally identifiable information to third parties. • The Sites may allow you to connect with other websites we don't control. We encourage you to read their privacy policies. • We may release information when necessary to comply with a legal obligation or respond to valid legal process. • We may disclose Personal Data during a change of corporate control such as a merger or sale of assets. • We may disclose Personal Data whenever you consent to the sharing.

You can always unsubscribe from our commercial or promotional emails. If you continue to use the Services, we may still send transactional and relational emails.

If you would like to terminate your account, please contact our customer support. We may retain information from your account for a period of time consistent with our practices under this Privacy Policy.

This section applies only if you use our Sites or Services from a Member State of the European Union. We process personal information as necessary to fulfill contracts with you, comply with legal obligations, pursue our legitimate interests, or where you have consented.

Sola Fide Home Inspections reserves the right to alter this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Sites after any change indicates your acceptance.

We take reasonable precautions to protect your information, including firewalls and encryption technology. However, no security system is impenetrable, and you transmit information at your own risk.

The Sites and Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from visitors under 13 years of age.
